  • Does Ta’Nisha Monique Cupcakes have a retail location? If so what is the hours of operation?

 

Ta’Nisha Monique Cupcakes is located at 1318 North Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. They are a North Carolina Department of Agriculture Approved Bakery. The hours are Wednesday-Friday 12 noon-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 12-7pm

  • Can I place an order the day before?

Ta’Nisha Monique Cupcakes takes pride in the fact that each order is custom and prepared just for you to ensure freshness and quality. We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible, as our calendar fills quickly.

 

- Place cupcake/dessert cake/custom cake orders at least two weeks in advance of your event date so that we can ensure we have all items in stock to create the perfect cake for you.

 

- Place tiered cake or large orders at least one months in advance of your event date.

 

- Please note that a $50.00 rush fee will be added to last-minute orders (orders within 1 week of event date) if accommodated.

 

  • How much are your cakes?

 

Our custom cakes start at $85.

Our tiered buttercream cakes start at $8.00 per serving.

Our tiered fondant cakes start at $10.00 per serving.

 

The final price of the cake is dependent on the number of guests served, design complexity, and other factors such as fresh flowers, cake toppers, and set-up and delivery.

  • Can I order 3 different flavors in one dozen cupcakes?​

​

Custom Orders are one flavor per dozen.

 

  • Do you replicate cakes from provided photos?

​

We do not replicate cakes done by other bakers. We believe that each of our clients deserves a unique cake created specifically for their event. We do use ideas and photos provided by clients as inspiration to create the perfect cake.

 

  • Are your cakes allergen-free?

​

Our products are made in a facility that does come in contact with nuts/nut products.

 

  • What are your payment options?

​

We accept payment via debit/credit card or online payment via Square. We also accept cash payment in the bakery.

 

  • Is a deposit required for my order?

​

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders over $100.00. All orders under $100.00 must be paid in full upon receipt of your invoice. 

 

If your deposit is not received according to contract terms, your order is not in our calendar. If your payment is not received by the due date noted on the invoice, your invoice will be canceled.

 

Final payment is due in full two weeks before your event. If your final payment is not received two weeks before your event, your order will not be prepared.
